I am not convinced that I am great blogger.  It sounds like a neat tool to use to vent and give people your perspectives.  I am not convinced that I have much to say or a perspective that people would be interested in hearing.  I can vent with the best of the them, but my venting is not going to uplift your life.  I also am not sure if I have the time to blog on a daily or weekly basis.  Still struggling.

Some Achievement Gap Questions

Why is there an achievement gap?
Which will happen first, me winning the lottery or the US closing the achievement gap?
If I can find a way to solve the achievement gap would it be like winning the lottery?

If you have answers to these questions let me know.

I am not sure if I am supposed to blog about my leadership here or not?  I think that I can do more with my leadership in my building.  I am going to attempt to try and change the way that I approach my leadership tactics.  I am going to try to put myself out there in our group educational leadership group with some new ideas and thoughts.
